WHO ARE WE?

The website papirøen.dk is managed by development consortium, Christiansholms Ø P/S, made up of Danica Ejendomme (50 %), UNIONKUL (37,5 %) og Nordkranen (12,5 %).

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

When you visit our website, we collect anonymous data via cookies, following your activity on the site in order to improve future content.

We measure the proportion of visits accessed from computers, tablets and smartphones respectively as well as which pages and articles have had most visits.

We do not collect personal data via our website.

When you contact THE PAPER ISLAND project team with regard to property purchase, you can sign up to a mailing list. We hold email addresses in our system to adhere to our requirement to keep neighbours and the surrounding area informed with regard to the building process.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

A cookie is a text file which is placed on your computer, tablet or mobile device by webpage servers when you visit web pages. We use two types of cookies on our website: session cookies and persistent cookies.

Session-cookies are saved during one period of activity. That is, the period in which you use the website. Usually, Session cookies are deleted when you close the website on your browser.

The mailing list for property purchases is retained until apartments are put on sale, or for as long as we have contact with you. You can, at any time, request that THE PAPER ISLAND project team deletes you from the list.

The contact list for information on the building process is kept for as long as the construction is in progress.

Data for activity on the website is kept until the building process is complete.

WHO DO WE SHARE DATA WITH?

Analysis data- statistics- from the website with regard to user activity are collected with Matomo. The data is saved on servers in Germany, and the data is owned by the paperisland project – you can read Matomo privacy policy here. Content and storytelling on the website is managed by NXT, who use analysis of browsed content to optimize the information on the website.
